Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.

Asked and answered in the Outlook Express General newsgroup. Do you even
know what e-mail client you are using?

Mine are pop-server.ne.rr.com and smtp.ne.rr.com

Call Roadrunner (if that is your mail provider) and ask them for
assistance.

These are mail protocols that govern the inbound / outbound email and those
fields in the setup reference the servers your ISP or email provider use to
route email. You may also need the port numbers and options (checkboxes)
appropriate for the company's email servers. Best check their website (try
searching for "mail client setup" or similar), or call them for this
specific info. If you tell us ONLY the part AFTER the @ symbol in your
email address (only after @, please), we may be able to help you.
