Tools, Options, Receipts.
Although you can request a 'read' receipt, it will annoy most recipients,
and many (including myself) have that feature disabled permanently
such that requests for receipts are automatically dumped.

I use, and recommend, the program found at www.msgtag.com
The Free version is adequate but if you want total performance upgrade to
the paid edition.
 
you have to call your computer company and ask them im only 12 so i dont
know for sure
