I have outlook express on my old computer. I purchased a new computer that
has windows vista.

How can I transfer my e mail folders and e mail (manually) from outlook
express to windows mail?

I need very basic and simple instructions, since my techincal ability on a
compuuter is limited.

Mix and match, the second site does not mention importing to WM, the first
one explains that.
