I'm having trouble with sending replies on a class I'm taking on blackboard.
This is a new computer that I just bought. Everytime I try to join the
discussion board for my class and send a reply or write my own discussion, I
get a message to type in my incoming server and my outgoing server. Can you
tell me what it is?

That is what your ISP gives you. If you are using the AOL email, they would
be:

Incoming: imap.aol.com
Outgoing: smtp.aol.com

I'm not familiar with that blackboard app. What is it called?
"Discussions" don't normally use mail servers.
