I would like to know how to get rid of all the addresses
on the top of messages that are forwarded to me? once in
a blue moon I like to forward one of them but hate all
those addresses on top. I use Netscape Navigator.

Roger, that's easy. Just select Forward and Highlight all the addresses
and choose delete. Or use the delete button on the
Keyboard.

For Navigator answers visit sFor NS 7.1 try s

When I highlight the addresses and hit delete
it erases the whole message!

1. Click the reply button.
2 On the newly opened reply email, select some or all the
email address you want to delete.
3 Use the backspace or delete key to delete the highlight
items.

I think you're trying on the email in your inbox.

He meant you should first hit Reply and THEN delete some of the addressees.
I encourage my friends to add those extra addresses as BCC (Blind Carbon
Copy). That way the entire list isn't being sent to everyone. Makes it
easy for spammers to get email addresses.
