I have verizon as my internet provider--called and had them remotely attempt
to fix e-mail problem--the problem being I don't receive my email, but I can
send email. The Tech from verizon could not figure it out--he attempted by
going through Microsoft Outlook and set everything up and still could not
receive even the test mail that he sent. I was wondering if windows xp could
have something to do with it? I was also wondering if windows xp would
inhibit my palm tx from transfering my contacts to palm desk top? Any advice
or help would be greatly appreciated!

Have them delete your username and password and set up a new acconnt.
Chances are the password you are using is incorrect.
