Non of my programs can use outlook Express? I tried sending a file from "Windows Exporer" even, and it wont do anything? Other programs return an error message that there is a problem with Outlook Express. But out look Express works fine on it's own.

More info would have been helpful - like the exact error message. If you're
talking about and Outlook Express failure using the right click context
menu> send to> mail recipient, then this is more than likely a firewall
issue. Give Windows Explorer permission in your firewall and that should
solve it.
