e-mail with bookmarks

Is it possible to create an e-mail with bookmarks or tags
within the e-mail so that when someon clicks on say a
title at the top of the e-mail it will take them to
another location within the same e-mail message?

Susan, if you're using Word as your e-mail editor, you can use Word's
built-in features to insert bookmarks and hyperlinks. Just insert a bookmark
(Insert > Bookmark) at any point in the message, then create a hyperlink to
that bookmark (Insert > Hyperlink > Place in this document > select
bookmark).
