E-mail Template

I want to create a E-mail template for the whole company to use in Word
2000/2. The template will have a company logo with name and address at top
then a disclaimer at the bottom. How can I do this and also allow users to
have individual signatures.

Any help greatly appreciated

Graham,

Open a new document. Add in the information which will be used by everyone, logo, name and address, to/from fields, or anything else. Leave it without a signature so they can add their own. To save it as a Word template choose File, Save As, and change the file type to Template (.dot file type). If you are trying to save it as an Outlook template, it has to end in .oft for the file type.

Sorry what I should have also added is that I want to do this when in Outlook
and doing a new e-mail. My e-mail is set to use Word as the default mail
editor. I think it shoul dhave someyhing to do with Email.dot.
