E-mail/Sent went to 'Delete' folder, why?

Hi:
I sent several photos to my friend by using Digital Image.

When I looked at the 'sent' folder as I do after sending any e-mails,
I could not find the one I just sent through Digital Image 6.
Instead, this e-mail was in the 'Delete' folder.

I believe that e-mail with photos safely reached to my friend's Inbox.

It was such a shock to me, because I never experienced like this,
the sent-e-mail went to 'delete' folder.
Did I do something wrong when I e-mailed photos by using Digital Image?

If I did wrong, what should I do the next time when I send photos through
Digital Image 6?

Thanks for your help in advance.

================================
Mail from DIS2006 should go to your
recipient with a copy to your Sent Items
folder if "Save a copy of sent messages
in the 'Sent Items' folder..is checked in
OE options / send tab.

Maybe you have an OE message rule
about attachments? Or some other
security setting?

What happens if you e-mail an image
from Explorer...by right clicking an image
file and choosing...Send To / Mail Recipient.

Dear John Inzer:
Thank you very much for the response.
I truly appreciate your help.

After having read your reply, I went to 'option' section.
However, I have no idea whether there is any rule set.

There is 'security' set, which came with the computer.
I de-checked this 'security.'

Also, I re-emailed my friend asking whether she received the photoes.
If she didn't, I plan to re-send the photoes.
However, I might have mistakenly clicked this e-mail that caused to send
'delete' folder.

Thanks again for all your help.
