e-mail send problem

Recently, Outlook will not send e-mails. They sit in the Outbox. No error
message is received -- just says they are trying to send. It is receiving
fine. My server is working fine as I can send and receive from there, but
prefer to use Outlook. Ran Diagnostics and it said no problem. Thoughts?

Have you tried sending a test mail in Tools-Account Settings-Change?
