E-mail receiving errors

I have not had any problems for the past few months but now get the
following errors :


Message number 3 could not be retrieved. Account: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk',
Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Server:
'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

I have tried the online help and changed the SSL settings but this has not
made any difference.

Can anyone please help me

Don't change your settings. You have a stuck email on the server.
Go to http://webmail.blueyonder.co.uk and log in. Then delete the
third message, and any other messages you don't want.
