E-mail Preview Program

I receive about 100 e-mail messages per day. Therefore, I have to use an
e-mail preview program. My current preview program does not appear to work:
I get an error message that the program is in use; it is definitely not in
use. The manufacturer does not answer inquiries.

Therefore, I must get another e-mail preview program. Do you have any
suggestions.

What do you mean by "preview program" and What version of Outlook are you
using?
