Does anyone know how to make web mail stop aksing for you user name and
password, it will ask if time I open my mail or go to send or recieve.

PLEASE TRY , GO TO CONTROL PANEL ,OPEN USER ACCOUNT , OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT CLICK
 
If your talking about microsofts windows vista mail, then I had the same
issue, and it turned out to be that somehow the network cards advanced
properties were changed, the TCP Checksum Offload (ipV4) AND UDP Checksum
Offload (IPv4) were set to "disabled", instead of Tx &Rx Enabled. When I
set them to enabled vista mail stopped asking me for a password and username
to access and or send my email.
