E-mail Macro

T

The BIG O

I have a table with multiple records for one project. The difference in each
record is the company name. Another table will contain the company name as
well as the corresponding e-mail address. I want to be able to create a
macro that will create an e-mail that will go to multiple e-mail addresses.

Now here is where it gets dicey. I want to use a standard form in the
e-mail itself which I assume can be the template file. A group of fields in
the project table need to fill in the appropriate locations in the template
file. I would like the company name to fill in as well but I don't think I
can do that with one e-mail form.

Essentially we are sending a pricing request for one project to multiple
companies. I want to save the user time from having to create an e-mail for
each company and filling in the form with the data the companies need from
us. As the bids come back the user eventually marks the responding company's
record for that one project as completed. We would like to personalize each
e-mail as well.

Any thoughts, am I crazy?
