E-Mail Logging

I just noticed an option in Outlook 2002 that allows e-
mail logging (Tools|Options|Other|Advanced Options).

Can someone advise what this will do for me if I use this
option?

It will create a record of the "conversations" between Outlook and your mail server(s) for troubleshooting purposes.
