Add a hyperlink like with this as the link:

mailto:some_address@some_domain.com?subject=I want to tell you about this

It may not work in some versions of PowerPoint (in 2000, as soon as I type the
"=" after subject, PPT deletes everything after the "?" for some bizarre reason.

Oddly, it allows me to use ?body=And here's the meat of the matter

and that works.

Go figure.

This gives examples of mailto: link syntax:
http://www.ianr.unl.edu/internet/mailto.html

If it's important that this works no matter where the presentation's being
viewed, keep in mind that mailto links may not work identically with all email
programs; they may not work at all when the person clicking them uses a webmail
system to get mail rather than a standard mail program.
