E-mail icon change to IE properties after install Frontpage

My PC running Windows XP and Office 2003 is used to work
fine. After I intall Frontpage 2000, the E-mail icon in
the start menu is change to Microsoft Office outlook. When
I click this icon, it only start to launch the Internet
Explorer properties page, not the Outlook 2003. Anyone can
help?

Open the shortcut's properties and correct the target line.
