What if any error messages do you get when trying to receive mail?
You can try this
In Outlook Express click on tools|accounts|mail| click on the account name
for your mail. Click on the servers tab and where you see POP3 (incoming
mail server) it should have what your isp dictates for a server name.
usually for example "pop.your isp name.com." This can be different so look
on your ISP's help pages for your set up.
