e mail from web

I cannot e mail from a web page when they list an e mail
address. I get a window that says "cannot e mail, no web
shortcut created".How can I fix this? Please e mail to
above address..thanks

you do not have a default email client setup. open control panel and go into
'internet options' then under the 'programs' tab select your email client...
