Does your mail server limit the size of messages?

It may be a limitation of your ISP mail server that is causing that. You
might check into that. Also, does it give you an error message saying that
it can't be sent?

It does not tell me it can't be sent, it just does not send...gives an error
exclamation point in yellow. I do I use a wireless router (Lynksys)

Sounds like your antivirus program may be interfering.
Which antivirus are you running? Most of the McAfee and
Norton antivirus products are not compatible with Windows Mail.

No, you can't change it on your computer. You have to ask Charter.
