sending pdf attachment

I an trying to send a pdf attachment converted from office word, the 6 pages
of pdf sends 7 e-mails & changes the format to ( Attoo305.dat ) format tha
can not be opened. Any help out there?

Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced, uncheck "Break apart..."
