E-Mail Attachments Being Removed

When I send an e-mail with an attachment, the attachment
gets removed and replaced with the winmail.dat file (I
think this is used when sending rich text formats).
Anybody know how to fix this ?? This does not heppen on
all e-mails, but 95% of them.
 
Change your message format from Rich Text to Plain Text or HTML
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
