E-mail attachment blocking

I am being advised b y my friends to whom I sent a
Christmas e-mail card made on my Picture It 99 program
that the attachment is being blocked as an unsafe
attachment by Outlook Express. Why would ond arm of your
empire not respect what the other arm is creating?

Tell your friends that if they would like to see your card, that they use
the Outlook Express Tools Menu, selecting Options. They can uncheck the
second checkbox from the top to un-block your card.
