Blocked Downloads

Windows XP 2002 SP2
Microsoft Outlook 2003
Outlook Express V6

I have tried to receive a download using OE V6, but it will not attempt to
receive.

The download was sent to me as an attachment to an e-mail.
The e-mail was received with no attachment, but with the following message:-
Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachment.

For Outlook Express, open OE and select Tools > Options > Security tab and
uncheck the box about potentially could be a virus.
