e mail alert

recently registered hotmail account. Mow when i go to log on xp and click on
my picture to log on it notifies me that i have i unread emial. when i go
into hotmail i donot have an e mail, Does anyone know how to turn this
facillity off

Small side note, after installing TweakUI, you can get it
to appear in your Control Panel, visit Kellys Korner and
search for "Add TweakUI to Control Panel".
