e-mail access

I have one e-mail (from a trusted source) which I cannot open or delete.
When I click on this message, nothing happens and it freezes up outlook
express 6. I have to do an ctrl+alt+delete action to close the program then
I can open it up and all works fine except for that on e-mail. Any
suggestions?

If you disable Preview pane (View > Layout), can you delete it?

If you go to View | Layout and turn off the Preview pane you can probably
delete it, but I would use File | Save As first and save it in My Documents
and then open it with Notepad and read it.
