E:\ Is Not Accessible - The Parametre Is Incorrect

Hey all !

When i click on my E DRIVE the following error comes up

Its 80gb and about 1year old, my motherboard (Pentium 4) is aslo about
1year old -

When i click on properties on my HDD the following shows with the
SYSTEM FILE as RAW - i tryed to install linux on this hard disk once
but it got corrupt and things got mixed up..

Try deleting the partition and recreating it, them
formatting it. If windows won't do it, start up that linux
distro and at the point of setting up partitions, just
delete it and then quit.
