I'm getting a "code 37" Windows cannot initalize the device driver for this
this hardeware (HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4481B) which is my E Drive. This problem
happened after I installed "Alcohol 120%". I have deleted this program but
the problem did not go away. Can someone please help me?

Use System Restore to return to a point prior to installing Alcohol.
