e and d drivers

my e and d drivers are missing. how can i get them back? i don't even know
what hapened?

Ana, do you mean your E: and D: Drives are missing from MyComputer?
If yes, are they Cdrom drives?

its my cd-rom and dvd burner. all of a sudden the system stoped loading them

Go to Start>Run type: regedit click Ok Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965.....click
on the folder and in the right
pane and
delete the upperfilters value and lowerfilters value, exit regedit and
restart your machine...

i did what you told me but it wasnt showing upper or lower filters
