Dynamic web Content?

I would like to have webpages that my client could update parts of the page
on their own. Does anyone know how I can do this with Front Page 2003?
Here's an example of what I'd like to do.

I have looked at this and intend to buy it myself, as it does exactly what I
want, and it would seem to do what you want also.

and it's easy to use - if you need help with it Chris Leeds hangs out here...he wrote contentseed.
