add pictures into a web page

Is there any way to create a web page in front page that when a user
goes to that page online they can add a picture or multiple pictures on
their own. or is there another way to do it in asp and do you have a
page i can go to that will help me with the coding of this webpage

See ASPUpload at http://www.aspupload.com this is something your web host has to install on their
server, but check with them as they may already have a component available for your use. You will
also need a database driven application, you may be able to locate a pre-written application to
handle the management of images.

Or you can try Pure ASP Upload, which doesn't require the host to install
anything. http://www.asp101.com/articles/jacob/scriptupload.asp they just
need to make the folder you're uploading to writeable.
