DXMSFT.DLL

I keep getting the following error everytime i try to d/l
IE 6, It says version 0.0.0.0 of the DXMSFT.DLL exists but
the version needs to be higher. This keeps me from
performing Windows updates as well.

Anyone have any ideas?
