dwwin.exe

I had to re-install xp onto my laptop.All is working fine except when i power
down the message "dwwin.exe cannot initialise as windows is shutting down"
comes on just before the system powers down and shuts off normally.Can
someone please tell me what this error message is and what should i do to
remove/rectify it?Thanks.

dwwin.exe is part of the (largely useless) Dr. Watson diagnostic tool
that comes with Windows XP. See if you have drwtsn32.exe listed as
being loaded at startup in either the Startup or Services tabs of
MSCONFIG.
