Hi there, I recently installed a network using DI-614+
Wireless Router with DWL-520 PCI Cards on the system.

The connection drops every 35-60 seconds repeatively. Its
very annoying, has anyone found a resolution to this
problem?

Your contribution would be greatly appreciated.

Also
You may want to try using a different channel as opposed to default 6 (I
found 7 works best for me).
You can do this using the "Config Utility" for the 614+ (Wireless button).
Are you using the D-Link wireless Config Utility for the 520+ or are you
using the XP Wireless Zero Config ?
In either case be sure to set the channel to match your selection in the
614+ Config
