DW20.exe - problems!!

Hello!

I have Windows XP Home fully updated. And I get a message 2 sec before my
comp quits windows which says that Windows couldn't start DW20.exe because of
some dll-problem or so..

The program is located in "C:\ProgramsMicrosoft Shared\DW\DW20.exe" i think..

How can I fix this?
Remove the folder? Reinstall the program? Uninstall it?

I dont want to re-install the whole OS. =\
