Cisco Security Agent: A problem was detected

Hi,
Can you help me identify why I always get a message asking if I want to
replace the Normal.Dot or something like that in Word in closing out at the
end of the day?
This is the error I get:
Cisco Security Agent: A problem was detected (On the top of the window)
"A process is attempting to invoke C:\Program Files\common files\Microsoft
Shared\DW\DW20.EXE, which has not previously been seen on this system. do you
wish to allow this?"
I then can tick "Yes", or "No(Default)" or "No, terninate this application
WINWORD.EXE

Thanks

DW20.exe is Dr Watson - an error reporting tool -
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841477
You will get prompts to save normal.dot if you have made changes that
reflect upon normal.dot and you have the option set to prompt st in Word
(unselecting this option which will cause Word to save normal.dot without
asking which is not to be preferred)
See http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm then
