DVD RW Disc

After writing data files to disc, they become read only. It seems the Disc
has become read only. How can I prevent this in future and to enable the
disc for reuse.Thank you, Ron.

All files on optical media will be "Read-only". That's the nature of the
beast. You may re-write/erase the disc when the time comes.
