dvd -rw all problems....

it seems as though the new sp2 update has brought about
trouble for all of our drives...if you go to device
manager...then select your drive that isnt working it
appears to say sorry we could not enable the device.

It seems as though the update has disabled the
drives...any fixes?

Two thoughts on that. First, update the motherboard (chipset) drivers.
Second, try removing the drives from Device Manager
(Start-Run-devmgmt.msc) and reboot.
