Dvd Rom drivers

My pc started to freeze when the cd rom was working, which meant a restart with scandisk, but now the cd rom does'nt work at all windows dosn't show it in my computer and when I open the properties in device manager it says windows cannot load device driver for this hardware it may be missing or corrupted (code 39). I have a Toshiba SDR-1102 dvd rom, could anyone out there have any anwsers. Am getting desperate!!!.
 
do you have the installation disk for thr dvd rom?

that will contain the necessary drivers.
