Hi, Don't know if I'm coming or going what dvd disc should i be using to copy
a movie please.

On what/which DVD player are you going to use the DVD? Read the manual
of the DVD player and it should list all types of DVD formats it will support
and that will give you the answer.

I forgot to add to also check your DVD burner to see what disk formats
it also supports.

This is what i can't find out. I have looked on my booklet that came with it
and although it says its important to use only the correct disc it doesn't
say what type (if r or +r) I have looked on the system in the control panel
and it just says cd/dvd combi drive. Thanks for helping. Tiv

To be safe, get DVD+/-R disks. While players that can play +R discs are
getting more and more popular, many of the older (2 years or older) players
can only
play -R discs.

Thanks again Byte, Tiv
