dvd quality

i have just edited and saved to hard drive a (my first!!!) video using
windows movie maker. i used roxio to convert and burn to dvd. when played
back on my dvd player the quality is not as good as the dv tapes. the picture
ares "wobbly" and not as colourful. is there something i am not doing
correctly. any ideaa???

Go back and check Roxio. There should be a Preferences or Options selection
on one of the drop-down menus. Then go through all the options presented to
see if there is one that allows you to change the 'quality' of what you are
saving/burning. Select the best possible quality presented.

If you had told us what verion of Roxio you're using then someone could have
pointed you to the right place. (Assuming one exists.)

hi it can sometimes happen, that after converting a video the qualitys sh**.
have you tried coppying the dvd on you harddrive. use the programmes -
anydvd 4 that. (anydvd takes away the copywrite).
