Hey all...I am having some problems with my DVD drive....I have tried a few programs ASUS DVD, WMP and Power DVD....but no matter what I do I cant get it to recognise the DVD I am trying to play...it just says "no disc in drive"..Is there anything I can check to solve the problem? the drive plays CDs perfectly. Do I need to change the disk region or something somewhere

Thanks for any help
Ale

PS - the drive is LG DVD+CDRW

what kind of media (disks) are you using?
"+" or "-" R or RW, or 4.7 dvd RAM disks?

Check your media (disks)
are you using "+" or "-" or DvD RAM (4.7Gig), R or RW
careful playing with disk regions,, most drives only
allow you to change a certain ammount of times!
