Have you checked the cable connections?
Have you checked the jumper connections on them?
Have you checked in the BIOS to see if they are still being identified by
your controller/motherboard before the OS even loads?
Have you gone into device manager, removed them and rebooted - allowing
Windows to redetect them?
Can you provide more information than you have in order to help us (who
cannot see your system) understand how you got to this point and what you
have done to try and resolve it yourself?
