DVD Autoplay problem

When I insert a dvd, it opens my local folder (C:\Documents and Settings\"My
User Name") instead. Windows Media Player 10 is the default player for dvds.
(Tried it with Realplayer as well and got same response). Checked the File
Types tab in Folder Options, and the WMP10 was assigned to the DVD. Any
suggestions? Thanks in advance, Shane Meagher

Right click on the DVD icon, go to properties, autoplay and then select the
program you want to open when a DVD is inserted.

Thanks but WMP 10 was already set to play DVDs in the Autoplay options. The
DVDs will play ok if I launch them from the media player.
