Duplicate registration

After getting my computer repaired (wiping out the hard drive) I had to
register Windows XP again. I did so by phone. Now when I turn on my computer
a box pops up that says Windows error: duplicate registration name. Is this
a problem? If so, how do I get Windows to correct it? Who and where do I
call?
