duplicate name error

system error: a duplicate name exists on the network

This is the message I am getting. How do I change this?

You have 2 computers named the same on your network. Change the name of one
of them. Press Windows key with Pause-break key to get to System Properties,
computer name. Or access system properties from control panel.
