Duplicate inbox folders

Ive just moved a mailbox to a new exchange server and the user now sees
duplicate copies of Outlook folders. For instance there is an inbox folder
and also another folder called "inbox in username". They are synchronised
immediately when anything is done like deleting.

Anyone seen this before?

I've seen the outlook bar get out of whack with the folder list and/or send
"inbox on <name of imap account>", but not this with an exchange account.
Have you tried creating a new outlook mail profile (don't copy the existing)
to see if the problem resolves itself?
