Duplicate icons in control panel query

Hi all
Have noticed, all of a sudden, duplicate icons of add\remove in control panel.
Appreciate any advice on how to delete one.

Navigate to Windows/Sytem32 folder, locate "Copy of appwiz.cpl" and delete
the file. It could have been accidentally dreated by holding Ctrl key and
dragging the file.
