Duplicate files

Hi. I'm getting on OK with FP2003 in general, but, more of an annoyance
really, when I save a page,FP save images etc into a folder such as
"index_files". I get duplicates on my Desktop for some reason. If I delete
these it has not affect on the site, so how can I stop this happensing please?

Do not use WordArt, Text Boxes, ShapeArt or any other object created
with the FrontPage drawing toolbar.
These objects use VML graphics, which are only visible in Internet
Explorer 5.5 and later. To enable other browsers to see the graphics
FP will place poor quality .gif representations in the index_files
folder (if the page is named index.???)

Other ways the xxx_files folders are generated is to use Word, Excel,
Access, or Powerpoint to create the html pages.
